Delivery & Returns
Delivery to standard mainland UK addresses is free. There is a supplementary charge for delivery to locations classed as being Highlands or Islands within the UK. We do employ a degree of discretion to this rule, but please do contact us prior to order placement to clarify whether a supplementary charge applies for an item(s) which are destined for such a location(s).
In the event that you require delivery of a specific product on a more urgent basis, uprated (timed) delivery services are available on request (restrictions do apply). You are entitled to cancel your order from the moment you place it and up to seven working days after you receive goods. Should you decide to return an item(s) purchased from us, it is the obligation and cost of the purchaser to arrange the safe return of all unwanted goods to us. Additionally, you should send written notice of your decision to cancel your order and return your unwanted item(s) to us by email, letter or fax. Such notification must be received within the time of placing the order and within seven working days of receiving goods.
The return of any item will only be accepted on our strict agreement of the same prior to its return. Goods returned must be in the same new and unused condition as supplied.
